FrenchNavy card cuteness.
I don’t know about you, but I love beautiful, old fashioned, ‘real’ stationery. It even says so on my bio. (Forget the NYC/midget obsession bit). I used to have to think up excuses to send lovely cards. But now, everyone I know is getting married. No joke. Or popping out a tin lid. Or getting engaged. Or throwing a housewarming. Um, when did we all become so adult?
Anyway, a return to old-fashioned notecards and the like has me tickled pink. I love, love, love the personalised feel of a ‘real’ card … it just seems so much better than writing on somebody’s Facebook wall, doesn’t it?
One of my fave new stationery brands frenchnavy.com.au has a set of beautiful stationery each for three lucky JoGirl readers. Simply go to the FrenchNavy site, and leave a comment on this blog below telling us which design is your favourite*. If you’re one of our three winners, Miss French Navy will post it to you! Personally, I love the Stiletto cards, the cute “XOXO” kisses cards (very Gossip Girl meets Jane Austin, I likey) and the monogrammed “J” notecards. Cute!
*Comp closes 5pm Friday February 26. Australia and New Zealand entries only.

Oh I just don’t know which one I love most; the french navy Mongrammed K is very fancy looking but the red Adam’s Apple is oh so teacher appropriate.

Totally in love with the handbag design! (and the initials are pretty cool too) Either way I would love to send one of these gorgeous notes!

I love the Flutter By set. The designs are all very elegant.

It’s a toughie to pick one, but I’d say ‘Let’s eat!’ would be my pick, because frankly, my life revolves around food – if I’m not eating it, I’m thinking about the next meal, perusing cookbooks etc

I love the French navy monogram, it’s classic and can be used for business or pleasure.

I’d love a set of the “Thanks” envelopes. Iad to buy thank you cards recently and they were ghastly. So insincere & over the top.

Gosh I love the simple elegance of the monogrammed initial cards! My initial K in my favourite colour red would make giving hand-written notes a real old-fashioned-meets-modern charm!

‘Kisses, darling’ in pink is oh so girly and sweet. This, as with most of the designs, is so versatile yet personal and can be used birthday, thank you or just because. Love it!

Oooohhh…the first thing I thought when I saw the red stiletto cards was how much they reminded of the Christian Louboutin red-soled pumps…and how much I want some (don’t we all)!
